Meet our New Intern Staff

Jay O'Flynn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, and is pursuing a Master's in Social Work at Miami University. Jay has experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and substance use disorders, as well as school-based mental health counseling. Jay brings both personal insight and professional dedication to helping individuals with Autism Spectrum and other developmental challenges and their families. Jay is interested in incorporating music, equine therapy, and other creative approaches to enhance client growth and self-expression.

Kaitlin Smith earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently completing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University. Before beginning graduate school, she worked as a preschool teacher and continues to enjoy working with children of all ages. Her primary therapeutic interests include play therapy, spirituality, and neuroscience.
Kaitlin is married and enjoys reading and baking.in her free time.

Ashley Webb, C T, graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience. She has experience working in agencies that support survivors of sexual assault. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University. Having grown up in a military family, Ashley in interested in serving military families. She is especially drawn to exploring ways to integrate neuroscience and faith into her clinical work.
Ashley is married and is actively involved in her church. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her rescued German Shepherd.
